Female Entrepenuer/Mom Life.
Being a mother and wife are my two most important jobs - I found how to grow as a person, serve others and pursue my own goals, while honoring and prioritizing my family.
The problem is that as women, we try really hard to be enough by doing enough. We work tirelessly to succeed at showing up the way we think we ‘should’.
I’ve learned that we all have a choice. And the key is understanding what’s deeply and important to you- and knowing with certainty that our own wellbeing is a major factor in our success in other areas of our lives.
It’s not always perfect - but nothing in life ever is ladies. While the weather may change, the climate of my life is that I provide guidance, support and love to my children, companionship and partnership to my husband, and I create space for women to also grow and thrive in their lives while pursuing my own growth and evolution.
When my other kids were small I let myself get so stressed out, so burnt out, so exhausted and as a result I couldn’t show up to them or my husband as my best self. With this new baby I’m committing to slowing down, practicing self awareness, restoring my nervous system regularly and especially when impacted by stressors, plus a ton of presence and gratitude.

Anna came to me feeling like a 6 out of 10. She was focusing on what was missing, and on doing more and more. We slowed down and looked at all she is, how she’s already successful and what she really needs underneath all the ‘shoulds’ she had in her mind.
She got all she needed and more in the call, because I know how to create the space for insight, and the safety for discovery and transformation, and the validation needed in order for you to progress.

Women experience burnout as a result of long periods of unresolved chronic stress.
- Women often have to contain more than their own emotions, we end up absorbing the stress and anxiety of our loved ones as well, especially our spouses! Burnout and even illness is the way our body forces us to slow down and say no.
- Stress is a natural process meant to keep us safe in threatening situations, however in modern times we are often faced with a cascade of perceived stressors throughout our days. This means our bodies are in a state of stress for long periods whereas this condition is meant to be temporary.
