As a player you should be worried if your coach isn’t demanding of you. That’s a huge red flag 🚩that should concern you. Most good coaches can see your capabilities after about 5 minutes of seeing you in the gym and with that vision comes the responsibility as a coach to make sure you as a player reach your capabilities and beyond.

Congrats to the 2019 Fall League Champions in the Varsity division and the in the JV division. They were clearly the most consistent teams in each division from the start of the season up until the championship game. Each team had standout players. For it was and .shane both c/o 2021 and Austin White #18 for the . Ant and Mikey were dynamic players and they perfectly compliment each other on the court with a combination of long distance shooting and high flying dunks. It was truly a joy to watch them every weekend for the last 2 months. And Austin White c/o 2024 for the is an absolute flame thrower! He’s hands down the best shooter in the class of 2024 in the city of Tampa! Congrats again to both of our Fall League Champ’s and thx to all of the teams who helped make it a huge success. Both earned automatic free registration for Fall League 2020 to defend their Chip. We’re truly humbled by all of the support from the Tampa Bay community and we will definitely improve the product that we deliver by getting back on the grind Monday morning to take The LAB Fall League 2020 to another level to assist in promoting the sport of basketball on an ideal platform for all of the teams in the central Florida region.
