Student veterans, active duty service members, reservists, and military-affiliated students are encouraged to join us as we recognize service, leadership, and achievement.

Military Appreciation Night at UTampa Basketball

The UTampa Women’s and Men’s Basketball teams are hosting a Military Appreciation Game this Wednesday, January 7.

Women’s Game: 5:30 PM
Men’s Game: 7:30 PM
Location: Bob Martinez Athletic Center

Free parking is available at the West Parking Garage, located next to the Bob Martinez Athletic Center.

Concessions will be available and are credit card only.

Toys for Tots Donation Drive!

The Utampa Student Veterans of America are collecting toys for the Tampa Toys for Tots Campaign! Help us spread some holiday cheer to children in our community.

Student Parent Workshop: Financial Literacy Made Simple

Join us on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 6:30–7:15 PM on Zoom for a Financial Literacy Workshop designed especially for student parents!

Hosted by the UTampa Students Who Are Parents Group, this session will feature UTampa alum Bobby Smith ’17, Financial Advisor with MassMutual NJ-NYC.

Learn how to simplify your finances and plan for the future with topics including:
💰 Saving and budgeting
💳 Managing debt
🎯 Planning for future goals (college savings, buying a home, weddings, etc.)
📈 Investments and retirement planning
🛡️ Risk mitigation and protection
📜 Estate planning
