Good morning Facebook! If anyone is looking for a job, my company, Champions, which is a before- and after-care program in the Hazelton area school district, is hiring teachers. It's great if you have a degree, but it's not required. If you do have a degree, you can apply for a site director job. We're also looking for someone to fill a sub position, who would be called on or scheduled when others are off. The program hours are 6:30 to 8:30 AM and 3 to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. If the school district is closed due to bad weather, we're closed too, and you get paid for the day. We also offer paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time. If you know someone who has a degree or is interested in these positions and can get to Hazleton with reliable transportation, please DM me, and I can send you the link for these positions. Hello, all! While my posting frequency has been low, my dedication to launching my tutoring business remains strong. As we approach the end of the school year and the start of summer, tutoring needs may change, but many students still require assistance. If you know of anyone who could benefit from tutoring or whose children are attending summer school, I am here to help second through eighth graders with their tutoring needs.

Good Afternoon,
I am sending out this information about the Champions Summer Champ Camp! This Camp will be held at 2 locations. We will have a camp in Heights Terrace Elementary School serving our students in McAdoo, Heights, Arthur Street, Castle, Early learning Center, Maple Manor, and West Hazleton.
Our other site that will be open will be located at Drums Elementary. This location will serve Drums, Valley, and Freeland. Spots are limited in this location. So call now!
Subsidy is available, call the Early learning resource center in Wilkes Barre to see if you qualify. 570-704-5333. As always you can come talk to me anytime.

Good evening everyone! So much for the first day of spring, and the snow is falling and snow. Squalls are calling for between now and 9 PM. Hopefully the day is from now on we’ll get better and sunnier and warmer and will be able to enjoy those days outside.
I wanted to share with another company that I work for Champions that is a before and after care program in the Hazleton area school district. We are offering a summer program that goes from June 10 until August 30. There is subsidy available if you are unsure or don’t know about subsidy you can absolutely , call me or message me here and I can help you get the number to apply for subsidy. The Summer Camp ❤️ program is from 7 AM till 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Also, if you do know anyone who needs tutoring and any grades up to eight please let me know as I will gladly try to help to understand the subject and improve their grades. Once again, please be safe out there with the weather.

Good morning everyone! I know I haven’t posted on here for a while and I’m trying to fix that as I am busy working with my other jobs. I work as a site Director for a before and aftercare program and a professional in the Hazelton area school district. We’re heading towards the end of March. Certainly glad that the warm weather is just around the corner. Again, if you know of anyone that is searching out tutoring for their children. Please let me know. I will be glad to give them the cost as well as times and how we can work the tutoring for their child. thank you and I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Good morning! Here we are almost halfway through January! Time truly needs to slow down. I am going to make a flyer and post the flyer to the home page so if you share with friends or family they will have the flyer as well.

Good morning everyone! Yes we had some snow last night into early this morning.
I am reaching out to those who like my page and follow my page, to spread the word if you know of any parent whose child may need help in their school work.
I will do it on zoom depending on how many children sign up. I can do individual tutoring and meet you and your child to do the tutoring. My charge will only be $10 per hour. Please reach out with any questions you have.

Welcome parents and students. My name is Tony Powell. I have a degree in education. I currently work as a site director for Champions before and after school program in the Hazleton area school district and I work as a learning support paraprofessional in the district as well. I am here to help your child with assignments and subjects that are giving them trouble is school. These will be grades 3 through 8. These classes will be held via Zoom. I will be available on Saturday and Sundays. Hours are posted. I will have special private tutoring sessions, if a parent requests one. They will be via zoom as well. I will send the link for each class that I can tutor for your child(ren).
