TOMORROW IS THE DEADLINE: FCCLA is collecting pop tabs from empty soda cans! Place pop tabs in a sealed Ziploc bag, & write the # of tabs on the outside of the bag. Drop them off at HCHS to Mrs. Coy, Mrs. Kimball, or Mrs. Ward by NOON tomorrow!

We kicked off this year's National FCCLA Week by informing next year's 9th graders about opportunities with FCCLA in Culinary Arts and Early Childhood Education at last night's Rising Freshman Open House.

And... KYLEIGH is heading to STATE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE! So very proud of her hard work and accomplishments!

We are so excited for Kyleigh, a Culinary Arts student, as she advances to State!

The chicken fabrication competition showcases the best of FCCLA members’ knife skills. Participants were required to safely fabricate a chicken into eight pieces, meeting industry standards, while demonstrating proper safety
and sanitation procedures.

We especially appreciate our partner Sean Morgan for donating two Mondays to help Kyleigh prepare!
