The Marketing & Entrepreneurship students have worked SO hard to prepare the game day store for our first home game today!!!

They have conducted customer research to learn what products they’d be interested in & what hours we should open. They’ve made signage and tags, designed new products and produced them, revamped the store front and stocked it with all new inventory.

⭐️STUDENT HIGHLIGHT⭐️

Colton Hudson is one of our second-year Accelerated Career Welding students at West Georgia Technical College.

When his family was building the Dogwood Hills Winery in Tallapoosa, they had a vision for these huge, beautiful doors that look like architectural salvage.

With his MIG welding skills and lots of hard work, Colton was able to make that vision a reality, and now guests have an unhindered view of the sunset and vineyards.

We are so incredibly proud of Colton and impressed with his workmanship. He worked through Mr. Roberts's Pathway, took advantage of opprtunities through Dual Enrollment, and is already making an impression on everyone who passes through these doors.

You can admire Colton's work and enjoy some music this weekend!

We are back in session and working hard!

Our CCA classes got their hands dirty the second week, and our Trades Dual Enrollment students started their HVAC, precision machining, diesel technology, cosmetology, welding, and electrical systems classes today.

We are looking forward to our best year yet!!

We are so excited to announce that Mrs. Cindy Robinson will be joining our team as our new Cosmetology Instructor! ✨💇‍♀️

Mrs. Robinson is a Master Cosmetologist joining us from West Georgia Technical College. She has worked tirelessly alongside Mrs. Holdbrooks to build the Dual Enrollment Cosmetology program we are so proud to offer at the HC CCA.

Her leadership, experience, skills, passion, and commitment to our students and our mission make her the perfect person to continue the strong program and legacy Mrs. Holdbrooks built.

We are so excited to welcome Mrs. Robinson to the HC CCA family and can’t wait to see all that she will bring to our students and program! ❤️

Anna Cook will serve as the CTI Paraprofessional at the Haralson County College & Career Academy.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Marketing before discovering her passion for working with students while serving at First Baptist Church Bremen Preschool for the past five years. She is excited to support CTI students, collaborate with teachers and families, and help students develop the academic, workplace, and life skills needed for success.

Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being active in her church. She is grateful to be part of the Rebel family and looks forward to making a positive impact on students each day.

SFC Michael Ramey (Ret.) will join the CCA team as an Army JROTC Instructor!

After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2016, he taught automotive technology at Gordon Central High School before launching his own business. SFC Ramey brings years of military leadership, discipline, and real-world experience to the classroom, where he is committed to developing students' character, confidence, and leadership abilities.

He is passionate about motivating young people to become responsible citizens, effective leaders, and engaged members of their communities through the Army JROTC program.

Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his family and devoting time to his daughter.
