Who is eligible?
If your child’s 4th birthday is between Feb. 2 – Sept. 1 and has not yet used a VPK certificate, your child can enroll in the summer VPK program.

How to register?
1. Visit ELC Big Bend and submit a request for VPK https://familyservices.floridaearlylearning.com/
2. Contact our office and complete the enrollment form
3. Sign your child’s VPK certificate and return it to our center

We are LOVING the Brightwheel app. Our families feel so much more engaged with the daily activities as they get notifications throughout the day.

We will be going live in about 30 minutes to showcase our 2021 VPK Graduating Class!

We are looking for a classroom teacher to join our team. Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to helping our children reach their full potential.

Experience preferred but will train the right applicant. Level 2 background screening and DCF hours will be required.

Hours: 11am - 6pm / Monday - Friday

$11 - $13 depending on experience

🔴 There is no fee to apply for the scholarship, and we only accept online applications. We strongly encourage you to apply and submit all required documents as soon as possible as funds are limited. 🔴 Upon review of your application and supporting documents, Step Up For Students will determine if your student qualifies for either the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship or the Family Empowerment Scholarship and will notify you which scholarship has been awarded to your student.
