Since 2018 we have been serving students 11-19 years old in Gadsden, Duval and Broward counties in Florida. As you can see, our work is making a difference. Through our Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) curriculum we teach students so much more than "s*x-ed", we teach them the importance of healthy relationships, how to have healthy relationships and how to live the life they want to live.

Many students we encounter are awed by a lesson called "Love vs. Infatuation". This lesson shows students the attributes of love: patience, kindness, giving, based on decisions, selfless etc and the attributes of infatuation: obsessive, quick, self-serving, taking, based on feelings, selfish, etc. Most students get their definition of love from music and movies and don't know that the media usually shows infatuation and not love. This eye-opening lesson helps a lot of students understand that they want more than infatuation and they decide to wait for real love.

It's lessons like this that show students that s*x is not the first step in a relationship, but something that comes after getting to know each other, trusting each other and then committing to each other, with this highest form of commitment being marriage. This is just one of the lessons that help us in our mission to drop STI rates in the counties we serve.

Live the Life currently teaches the REAL Essentials curriculum in three cities around Florida thanks to our offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and Ft. Lauderdale.

The True North Project teaches the country’s leading relationship education curriculum: REAL Essentials. The Advance curriculum is specifically designed to equip adults to teach high school students skills for combating challenges they face in adolescence, while the Starting Point curriculum is specially designed to successfully launch children into adolescence. It teaches relationship skills that reduce friendship drama and enhance confidence and social success. Lesson content captivates the heart and directs students toward positive decision making. The s*xual health components of this Student Life Program are SRA (Sexual Risk Avoidance) approved. All lessons are inclusive, evidence based and medically accurate.

The mission for the weekend is to save some military marriages 💙🇺🇸
Adventures in Marriage (AIM) is internationally recognized as one of the very best relationship education programs in the field. Most couples do not know “how” to be married. They never learned the right way to build a strong marriage that will last. Instead they grew up watching unhealthy relationships and then assumed somehow their marriage would turn out different.
Adventures in Marriage is a highly interactive program that teaches couples the practical “hands on” skills essential to build a healthy, thriving marriage that can go the distance. AIM helps couples discover better ways to meet one another’s needs, communicate, resolve conflicts, express anger, avoid dirty fighting, and understand how their personality styles impact relationships for better or worse.
Fun, practical, and easy to learn, Adventures in Marriage is appropriate for couples at any age or stage. AIM is designed to reach couples across the spectrum – it helps couples with good marriages discover how to have a great marriage, and it helps distressed marriages reboot and learn a much better way.

The primary goal of Live the Life’s Military Life Program is to provide targeted resiliency events to the U.S. military in order to help preserve the health and well-being of military warriors and their families. To this end, we seek to preserve military families, help reduce the stress of separation, help enhance communication between spouses, decrease loneliness, decrease suicides, develop healthy relationship skills among all family members, and foster teamwork.
