Fifteen years ago, I had an athletic training student enrolled in one of my classes. We stayed in touch over the years, and yesterday, I had the chance to meet up with TJ for the first time since he was in my class and celebrate the book we co-authored. My wife got me this book for Christmas. Read it in a day. Fascinating to read how a sport always on the cutting edge succeeded and almost failed.
