New AWE site unlocked🔓 Youth and Family Advocates, Inc.

YFA is the leading voice, resource, and advocate for the 6,000+ children served annually in seven of Florida's counties. The AWE team is excited to begin the three-year process of working directly with YFA agency leaders and staff to promote workforce well-being, leadership development, and change at the organizational level.

The AWE Coaching Program officially kicked off at Heartland for Children!

Last week, the AWE team held an orientation to prepare 13 coaches for a year-long coaching journey starting in January 2026. These coaches were matched with AWE Leadership Academy participants at the meeting, and they are ready for a transformative journey!
