Peer support isn't just a buzzword—it's a vital tool for the day-to-day well-being of our child welfare professionals.

Your experiences in the field shape our policy recommendations.

The Florida Institute for Child Welfare at FSU's College of Social Work partners with the Florida Legislature to bring the voices of child welfare professionals directly to policymakers. Participate in this confidential survey to help ensure that the realities of the are reflected in decisions that strengthen support for you and the children and families you serve.

Eligible participants who complete this survey will receive a $20 electronic gift card. State workers are welcome to participate.

YFA is the leading voice, resource, and advocate for the 6,000+ children served annually in seven of Florida's counties. The AWE team is excited to begin the three-year process of working directly with YFA agency leaders and staff to promote workforce well-being, leadership development, and change at the organizational level.
