Come join our family!

We've opened a new infant room. This means we'll be able to accept new infants starting Monday, May 16. You can stop by this week for a tour after 3 pm. To secure your spot, we have to receive an application, physical, shot records, and registration fee.

This year's Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2 -6 and we need your help to spoil our teachers during this week. We have a total of 6 teachers. It takes a BIG HEART to shape LITTLE MINDS!!



If you would like to get something special for your child's teachers, I can tell you as an educator, that gift cards to Walmart, Target, Amazon, Chick Fil A, Visa, Starbucks and cash are always appreciated :-) as are school supplies.



Thank you again for all you do all year to make our teachers feel special. Thank you, too, for helping us with this special week that honors them.

Little Lamb family we are revamping this page and will be using this tool to communicate and upload useful information with our parents and staff. We have a few big partnerships are in way with our local organizations and we will share the news as it comes in. Please share the flyers to extend the message to others.

CURRENTLY HIRING

FULL TIME Teacher

Looking for an energetic, reliable person who has a passion for working with children to work as a teacher in a toddler classroom. Qualified candidates must have experience working with young children, being creative, managing challenging behaviors and working as an effective team-member.

Preference given to candidates with the DCF 45 hour courses completed, First Aide & CPR certification and a FCCPC (CDA/Staff Credential), AA or BS in Early Childhood Development.

Candidate must be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm.

PART TIME Floater

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm

Monday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm

Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 5:30pm

Preference given to candidates with FCCPC/AA/BA in related field and first Aide & CPR. Operational hours are between 7:30am and 5:30pm. Candidates must be able to work Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm.

8th Annual Multicultural Festival

Please join us in celebrating all the wonderful cultures represented at Little Lambs!

When?: Sunday, April 19, 2015 @ 10:00 am

Where?: John Wesley Fellowship Hall and Church Sanctuary

What?:
We encourage you to wear clothing to represent your culture/country of origin.

Join us in the Fellowship Hall between 10 am and 10:45 am for brunch and fellowship. Students can be dropped off in the front room to have a snack with their teachers.

A service that includes a presentation by your children will be held in the sanctuary @ 11am.

Have a future kindergartner?
Join Hartsfield Elementary School families and staff for a brown bag lunch to talk about opportunities there for new kindergartners.

Strep Throat

Parents! heads up! We have had 3 cases of strep this week at the preschool. If your child gets a fever, or complains of a sore throat, please schedule a strep test with their doctor as soon as possible. Thank you and be well :)

Strep Throat Strep throat is a common cause of sore throat in kids and teens. It usually requires treatment with antibiotics, but improves in a few days.

It's COLD outside!!! Please dress your child appropriately and don't forget to label EVERYTHING. We will take the children outside when temperature is 45 or above.

Don't forget about those Cowboy Day pony pictures. If you would like to look at/purchase your child's photos please see their teacher, or Ms. Sonnie or Ms. Ashley in the office.
