At the Greater for Resilience of the Workforce (GROW) Center under the Florida Institute for Child Welfare at FSU's College of Social Work, our mission is to prepare and support Florida’s child welfare workforce from classroom to casework to competent leadership.

One of the ways we achieve our mission is by leveraging emerging technologies, like , , and live , to provide students and early child welfare professionals with real-world scenarios.

As the coach/well-being program trainer at the Institute, you will serve as the lead trainer for the Alliance for Workforce Enhancement - AWE coaching program, delivering high-quality training sessions for child welfare professionals and coaches.

You will have the opportunity to train in additional content areas and collaborate with subject matter experts and program leaders to ensure that training is relevant, effective, and well-integrated into broader organization initiatives.
