If you love building engaging learning experiences, coaching others, and helping teams level up—this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and oversee the Alliance for Workforce Enhancement - AWE Leadership Academy
• Direct the train-the-trainer program, ensuring ongoing development, delivery, and sustainability of the Leadership Academy model across AWE sites
• Supervise and develop staff, providing direct oversight, coaching, performance management, and workload coordination for the Professional Development Trainer

As the coach/well-being program trainer at the Institute, you will serve as the lead trainer for the Alliance for Workforce Enhancement - AWE coaching program, delivering high-quality training sessions for child welfare professionals and coaches.

You will have the opportunity to train in additional content areas and collaborate with subject matter experts and program leaders to ensure that training is relevant, effective, and well-integrated into broader organization initiatives.
