Some call it habit, practice, schedule or liturgy. Whatever name you give it, crafting your time will craft who you become. The school day is crafted with this in mind.
A particular path trodden frequently enough through grass will create a path to be followed through the grass. Similarly, we give students paths throughout their day to pause, to praise, to reflect, to play, to work. These paths they trod slowly become a part of them.
Similarly, traveling the paths together creates a community that travels together, works on the same page and towards the same ends. One of the key liturgies our school follows is the path of morning prayer. By beginning each day in prayer, we are teaching our students with our action that the way to begin each day is in prayer. By reciting the creed together, we are uniting both old and young, Christians of today with Christians of the third century, on a path of confessing our faith in common language.
We invite parents to join us in this formation. Join us every morning on upper and lower campus for prayer, but particularly, please join us for our final chapel this upcoming Monday, May 4 on the South Campus.

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) Teacher
Qualifications include:
- Meets all qualifications for the Pre-Kindergarten (3-Year-Old) Teacher position
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Responsibilities include:
- Provide rich and engaging instruction utilizing a classical curriculum
- Prepare weekly lesson plans detailing description of academic instruction and activities which should meet all Florida Early Learning and Developmental standards (3- and 4-year-old or VPK)
- Ensure classroom environment is loving, inclusive, safe, and that behaviors are honoring to God and one another
- Observe each child for developmental milestones in all 8 development domains
- Discipline with love, empathy, and with the goal of “discipleship” in mind
- Abide by all Christ Classical Academy faculty policies and procedures

Last week our third graders showcased their knowledge on ancient Greek culture by sharing speeches and 3D models of things like ancient greek farming, pottery, statues and architecture! Then afterwards they celebrated their accomplishments with a delicious feast.
