With several major No-Gi events approaching, the next few weeks will be competition focused. This week we’re working guard initiations and match starts, with an emphasis on creating offense immediately. We’ll continue breaking down each phase of competition to build clear, repeatable game plans. The goal is to help our competitors feel prepared while sharpening skills that benefit everyone!

Hey guys, it’s week two of open guard! We will work more submissions and transitions to back attacks and other creative entries.

Remember, we have added a wrestling program along with wrestling for Jiu jitsu on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM with 🙏

Also will be covering this Friday night nogi class and we will be introducing some competition focus classes that he will lead as well very soon.

May is a busy competition month with Atlanta and Orlando the first and 3 weekends of the month. Atlanta finishes up a solid month on May 30th.
