Thank you for your matching donations in the month of July. Due to your contributions, we have been able to secure Kindles for our older students. They are going to be surprised on Monday morning!

These tablets will be used to access educational applications to enhance our current curriculum. And this is just the beginning! We will make more investments in our technology throughout the year.

Our kids sang this morning at Tallahassee First SDA Church for their Education Day. Sis. Diane Ruff, Associate Superintendent for Education at the Southern Union was the guest speaker.

Storm threat prompts Leon schools closure

According to local weather reports, the Tallahassee area is bracing for a significant storm system and possible tornados in the area over night. In response to these storms, the Leon County Public School system has closed all schools for tomorrow. As per our policy, TACA will also be closed. Be safe and we will expect to re-open on Thursday.

Our students participated in TACA's Second Annual Christmas program. It was a beautiful evening that was penned by the hands of our teacher Mrs. Washington, along with the assistance of our principal Ms. Castaneda. The children did a wonderful job!
