Where we can let it be known about our daily achievements, and our skills, or talk about happening events for the week, or speak on the tribulations we go through (such as with this administration which operations, are getting closer to excellence, but at times can be described in 1 word; TRIFFLIN)LOL, and Networking to up lift eachother...Only @ FAMU will you see a university so rich in successful students from all over the US and great successful alumni that paved the way for the future. We Rattler are the reason this school stands, let it be known we run it in tallahassee... ONLY@FAMU WILL NOT post comment with too much cussing(we are educated students, right? lol, so think of other ways to express what your saying) nor any gossip or too much tough talk towards fighting(take that to the on the set website)...So lets STRIKE, STRIKE, STRIKE it up on here with COMMENTS! 2 fingers to a Rattler when you see me in the streets lol

In a recent interview , Common opened up about the profound impact HBCUs have had on his life—particularly his time at Florida A&M University.

For Common, the experience went far beyond academics. While he didn’t attend for a traditional path to a degree, being immersed in the culture and environment of an HBCU helped reshape how he views himself and his Blackness.
