We are offering free classes to all new preschool students for the entire month of August! Your little one can attend as many classes as they would like during August for free with no commitment to purchase membership.

Capoeira is the perfect class for preschoolers because they'll be moving a lot and all of the movements are play based. They work on the fundamentals of acrobatics, martial arts, and social skills needed for future class experiences.

STARTING MARCH 7TH! PRESCHOOL CAPOEIRA CLASSES!

Capoeira is the perfect class for your little one because we move alot and all of the movements are play based. We work on the fundamentals of acrobatics, martial arts, and social skills needed for future class experiences.

Classes will be at 541 North Monroe St. On Mondays and Wednesdays at 4pm.

In celebration of this new program, we are giving away free one month passes! The first 20 people who follow us on Instagram or Facebook starting today will receive a free one month pass to any of our programs. This includes our grade school kids classes and our adult/teen classes.
