On Tuesday, Jan. 13, SGA celebrated our semesterly Inauguration and Installation Ceremony for the Fall 2025 election. Congratulations to the new members of the 78th Student Senate, RSO Allocation Committee, Campus Recreation Board, and the 34th Congress of Graduate Students, as well as the following award recipients:

Exemplary Dedication and Service to Student Government Award: Jonus Goldstein
New Senator of the Year: Vincent Nucatola
Chair of the Year: Leila Jackson
Vice Chair of the Year: Further Noumena
Senate Officer of the Year Award: Marina Farulla
Senator of the Year: Alexia Holliday
COGS Representative of the Year: Ridwan Balogun

Last week, we officially said goodbye to the Boisvert-Benn-King Administration and welcomed the Dale-Ramirez-Romero-Wyatt Administration at SGA’s Spring Inauguration.

In confirming the new administration, senators, Senior Class Council executives, and members of the Union Board, we also took the time to honor the many accomplishments of our outgoing Executive Cabinet and senators.

The following students were recognized for their exceptional work in the Student Senate:
- Mattie Durham Senator of the Year: Ashley Wong
- The Vires Award (New Senator of the Year): Leila Jackson
- The Artes Award (Chair of the Year): Faisal Lalani
- The Mores Award (Senate Ethics Award): Danielle Cruz

In our Executive Cabinet, the following members were honored for their invaluable contributions:
- Outstanding Leadership Award: Alexis Staveski
- Advancement Award: Ella Windlan
- Dependable Award: Megan McEnery
- Community Award: Carson Mann

Malena Romero was also recognized with a special award entitled the “PILLAR” award for her hard work and dedication behind the scenes.

We are incredibly proud of everything the Boisvert-Benn-King Administration accomplished over the past year. Your commitment, passion, and leadership have left a lasting legacy on our campus. Thank you for your service.

Here’s to a new chapter — we look forward to all that the Dale-Ramirez-Romero-Wyatt Administration will achieve in the year ahead!

The BSU Inauguration Ceremony will take place on April 21st at 6:00pm in the BSU Multipurpose Room
