The Third Annual Most Mini-conference
The Tallahassee Men of Strength (MOST), the Office of Counseling Services, the Leon County Health Department and Palmer Munroe Teen Center, will be hosting our third annual regional mini-conference in the Hansel E. Tookes Recreation Center on Thursday, April 3, 2014. The conference is being held to coincide with Sexual Assault Awareness month. The conference will be focused on the role patriarchy plays in perpetuating violence against women.
One in four women are sexually assaulted while in college! Thus, our aim is to create a campus culture that does not tolerate this behavior by increasing student’s awareness about sexual assault/violence against women, including its affects and strategies to prevent it.
