I have 2 requests for yeast bread rolls. Anyone else would like to place and order?

Thiiisss Christmas… I baked 35 homemade yeast rolls and made homemade butter for the 1st time for my family. Lets says I learned a lesson lol. 35 was so not enough and they made me go bake and make more.

Thinking 🤔 on how to make these into a meal for a lunch menu item. Suggestions?

The 1st ServSafe Food Protection Manager course has been posted. I received my 1st call requesting my services and she need a class quick for 2 of her employees. So the 1st class is scheduled for 01/03/2026. The next is scheduled for 01/10/2026. I'll be looking for locations to conduct classes in Gadsden, Jefferson, Wakulla, Liberty, and Bay counties.

Bout to burn baby burn 🔥 I had to go with a smaller version than I wanted because I don’t have a 240v electrical socket in the kitchen…yet.

I’ll be testing this baby out tomorrow in the kitchen. Hopefully have a menu ready by Monday and a free food tasting Saturday. Stay tuned 😁

I’m back! 😁 I just found out that I can produce in my commercial kitchen. I’m currently operating a tea bar at Broer Herbal Co. To enhance business I need to add food, which I have been given the green light to do.

If you missed me, these goodies will be at 1328 S. Adams St. and I’m not limited to sweets 😁
