Focusing on your own practice is the best way to reach your goals. Your yoga practice is for you and if you find yourself looking around the room to see what else is going on and thinking you are not good enough, you’re only holding yourself back from taking the next step.

You’ll never regret the days you went outside or tried something new that pushed you! Stepping out of your comfort zone is the best way to keep life exciting. It doesn’t have to be something huge, even taking a new class from a different person can inspire you to try more and stay motivated!

A little bit of balance this Monday morning. If you struggle with getting your knees higher when getting into different lunges and positions, try practicing going from a 3 legged dog and lowering to this position to strengthen those muscles and get the legs higher! Repeat a few times on each side! 💪🏼
