Volunteer of the Year

Diana Brandon

Diana Brandon is a familiar and beloved face in the SAST community and it's no surprise, given her passion for education is far extending. Diana brings the same dedication and warmth to our school that she brings to her professional work in education.

As a PTSA volunteer, Diana has shown up time and again for our students and families, helping bring the Book Fair to life, staffing the Holiday Shoppe, coordinating play dates to build community connections, and lending her energy to so much more in between. Her contributions have made SAST a richer, more connected place for all of us.

We are so grateful for Diana's heart, her time, and her commitment to our school. Thank you, Diana!

Volunteer of the Year

Sharona Dukes

Sharona is a bright spot in our PTSA Family - she volunteers her time, ideas, and skills with enthusiasm and always follows through on what she commits to. Sharona is full of ideas and has shown her willingness to work hard at the Book Fair, the International Festival, the Share Night Committee, and the Silent Auction Committee. She is full of ideas and willing to support the group's efforts with lots of time on her own. Her connections to the community and creative ideas are sure to serve our SAST family for many years to come.

We are so thankful for Sharona's ideas, hard work, and service to our school - Thank you Sharona!

Lifetime Service Award

LeeAnn Lett

As we say goodbye to some of our eighth grade families, we want to acknowledge a parent who has gone above and beyond in her support for PTSA and the school. This year, we honor LeAnn Lett as the recipient of our Lifetime Service Award.

Throughout her time at SAST, LeAnn has been incredibly generous with her energy and talent. LeAnn served as a PTSA board member for many years, modernizing communications and training newer members. With her creativity and tech skills, LeAnn set up many systems we still use today. Outside of PTSA, LeAnn has volunteered in almost every capacity possible at the school. In recent years, she has served as a middle school volunteer, supporting our rock band program in particular.

Thank you, LeAnn. We are so grateful to have had you as part of our SAST community.
