The mission of FSUS athletics is to support every student-athlete in reaching their highest potential on and off the field of competition.

Vision

Create and sustain an Athletics Department that fosters an environment of competitive excellence, positive sportsmanship, academic achievement, and personal development. Student athletes will perform their competitive obligations while acting as great teammates as they prepare for post-secondary professional endeavors.
