Don't forget that Saturday, February 25th is the Annual Bobcat Bash & Dash at Buck Lake Elementary. Come out for a fun filled day of events for your entire family. This event is a community event. Now is the best time to get involved!

Tomorrow is one of the most important PTA/PTO meetings of the year. This meeting is about the school's largest fundraiser -- The Bobcat Bash and Dash -- coming up Saturday, February 25th. Our kids look forward to this every year and the event is put on by the parents to support the Buck Lake staff throughout the year. By supporting the Buck Lake staff OUR kids win.

There are many small jobs to support the big event. Please come to help our great school.

PTA has upped the deadline from Friday to tomorrow (Tuesday) for tickets for the Breakfast with Santa. If they do not have 100 participate, they will have to cancel. If you are planning to attend this Saturday and haven't sent your form in, please send it tomorrow. The form is available by following the link and fliers are coming home today with students.

Today is Spirit DAY at Genghis Grill. If you are out for lunch, head on over and make sure you tell your server you are there for Buck Lake. You can also visit for dinner! Thanks for your support!

Tonight is Family Night at our Book Fair! It's open from 8:30-2:30 and then will reopen from 4:30-7:30. Our chorus will perform at 6:30 in the cafeteria. We'll also have ice cream for everyone! We accept cash or check. Adults may also use a credit card. See you there!

Remember that our Scholastic Book Fair begins tomorrow. Hours for Monday are 8:30 am through 2:30 pm. We have extended hours on Tuesday from 8:30 am through 6:30 pm. There are books for all ages, which may help you with your holiday shopping list!

We are hoping to reach our Booster Goal of reaching $12,000 by tomorrow! We have just over $10,000 so far! If you haven't contributed to our booster program yet, there is still time! We are excited to enhance and improve the technology in classrooms by adding more interactive boards, updating RAM on older computers, and other projects in classrooms this year through your support of our Booster program.
