'Math is for everyone': FSU to host Math Fun Day for the community FSU’s Department of Mathematics is giving the community an opportunity to engage in the wonders of mathematics through Math Fun Day.

We have a lot of great activities planned for FSU Math Fun Day! Secret codes, math in nature, games, … come on out on Saturday from 1-5pm to the Love Building on FSU’s Main Campus and see what it’s all about!

FSU Math Fun Day is coming soon!
It will be held on Saturday, February 1 from 1-5pm on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Love Building at Florida State University.

FSU Math Fun Day is an open house event where faculty, staff, and student volunteers from the Department of Mathematics and FSU engage with the community, including K-12 students and teachers,to demonstrate that MATH is FUN! There will be lots of hands-on activities, presentations, exhibits, demonstration, and workshops. Activities are available for all ages in grades K-12, but students in kindergarten and grade 1 will need extra parental help. Anyone and everyone are invited to attend and all the activities are free.

FSU Math Fun Day Welcome to the Department of Mathematics. Our mission is to preserve, expand, and disseminate mathematical knowledge. Pursue a degree in the fields of Financial, Pure, Applied, Biomathematics, and Data Science.

FSU Math Fun Day is proud to a be a part of the FSU Festival of the Creative Arts. Saturday, February 1 is a math-themed day with Math Fun Day in the afternoon. In the morning you can attend "Sing with the Symphony" where a new musical piece, "The Mathematician's Patterns" will be played.

The FSU Festival of the Creative Arts is a campuswide collaborative event highlighting the diverse voices, talents and creativity of FSU faculty and students throughout January and February. Departments from across campus will celebrate the innovation and creative excellence that result from combining various modes of expression and subjects.
