Mrs. Jacobsen was out of the office… so Mrs. Tucker decided an extreme office makeover was in order. 🤣🪩

And don’t worry—this very important project was personally funded by Mrs. Tucker. 💸

🧪🥤 Mix it up, separate it, and… drink it!
Our 5th grade scientists got hands-on with solutions and mixtures!
Students made lemonade to explore how a solution forms when substances dissolve, then created a lava lamp to observe a mixture of different substances that stay separate. 🔬✨
And the best part? They got to drink their science experiment! 😋🥤

Our 5th graders put their observation skills to the test in Mrs. Conrad’s class! 🕵️‍♀️
Using touch instead of sight, they made observations, asked questions, and made predictions about what was hiding inside. 👋🤔

📚 Our Book Fair needs YOU!🦊

The Fall Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Roberts, and we need volunteers to help our Red Fox Readers shop for their next favorite book!
The Book Fair will be open Monday, September 14th, through Friday, September 18th.

Students may pay with cash, check, or a Scholastic eWallet account. 💳

We are especially looking for extra hands Monday–Thursday from 12:30–2:30 PM to help our students shop. Can you give a little of your time to make a big difference?

Friday is a special day at Roberts as we welcome our Grandfoxes to shop with our students! We need additional volunteers to help make this memorable experience run smoothly. ❤️

🦊 Our first House Meetings of the year are officially in the books!
Our Red Foxes met with their grade-level housemates to learn more about their house, what it stands for, and how they can be great leaders, friends, and examples of what it means to be a Roberts Red Fox.
