It's warming up outside, how are you planning to stay cool this summer? "There's so much I love about the summer—giant slices of watermelon, late nights on the porch and 4th of July gatherings, to name a few. It’s all the best. Truly, the brightest of the whole year. Except when summer falls during your third trimester. Then, then it’s a whole new ball game, focused on eating ice chips and battling swollen ankles while counting down to fall."

Course Goals
Our classes are intended to prepare parents-to-be for the entire birth experience. It is our goal at CET to help introduce parents to the normal process of labor and birth and to the many choices in childbirth that they have available. Our classes are designed to not only help families learn about the basics of the birth process, but to also help them feel more comfortable and equipped for the journey.
Our classes are interactive and feature a variety of teaching methods including discussion, small group activity, videos and more. We work hard to make classes an enjoyable experience for all.
