How to Survive Being Super Pregnant During the Summer Months - Tips & Advice | mom.me
It's warming up outside, how are you planning to stay cool this summer? "There's so much I love about the summer—giant slices of watermelon, late nights on the porch and 4th of July gatherings, to name a few. It’s all the best. Truly, the brightest of the whole year. Our classes are intended to prepare parents-to-be for the entire birth experience. It is our goal at CET to help introduce parents to the normal process of labor and birth and to the many choices in childbirth that they have available. Our classes are designed to not only help families learn about the basics of the birth process, but to also help them feel more comfortable and equipped for the journey.
Our classes are interactive and feature a variety of teaching methods including discussion, small group activity, videos and more. We work hard to make classes an enjoyable experience for all.
