Yesterday, the Seminole Battalion learned and improved their individual movement techniques (IMT). Cadets practiced low crawls, high crawls, and bounding before finishing lab by learning how to establish a patrol base. We also had the honor of swearing in three future Army officers.

The Seminole Battalion is back at it!

After learning how to conduct Physical Readiness Training (PRT), we jumped into an Army Fitness Test (AFT) circuit and finished the morning with a company run.

Following a winning football game, Florida State University cadets were up bright and early the next morning to help clean Doak Campbell Stadium! Not only was it a great opportunity to serve our school, but it was also a chance to build camaraderie and get to know our new classmates. Join us at the next stadium cleanup to serve your school, meet new friends, and earn a ticket to the next home game!

Last Wednesday, we conducted our Fall 2026 Welcome Lab. It was a great time for underclassmen to be introduced to our training schedule and all that Florida State University Army ROTC has to offer. We also recognized accomplishments and swore in future leaders. Excited for the semester to come at Florida State University!

The Seminole Battalion conducts Army Fitness Test, or AFT, validation for all new cadets and prospective scholarship recipients to ensure they understand the test requirements and are prepared to successfully complete and pass AFT.

Congratulations to 9th Regiment Cadets MacDonald (Recondo), Watson, Szymanska, Eder, Walters, and Tetreault on their graduation from CST26! 🎓💪

These Cadets put in the work, embraced the challenge, and represented the Seminole Battalion with pride throughout Cadet Summer Training. From long days in the field to demanding leadership challenges, they proved they have what it takes to lead from the front.

The Seminole Battalion absolutely killed it at camp and are coming home ready to take the next step as leaders.
