Allen Music Library will be closed this upcoming Monday, September 7th. Normal operations resume Tuesday and continue through the rest of the week.

We're remodeling a bit upstairs! Due to persistent water leaks in the MT alcove (next to the stairs), we're shifting materials to the center and seating to the alcove! This means a lot of books and scores on carts/tables/boxes and maybe a bit of noise upstairs. Because of this, the second floor will be closed to the public starting next week. Don't fret though - you can still request items in the library catalog and we'll pull them for you!

We honor the life and legacy of Dan Clark, former head of the Allen Music Library at the FSU College of Music.

A dedicated music librarian and advocate for the independence of the Allen Music Library, Dan’s work strengthened resources for generations of students and scholars. He will be remembered for his leadership, musicianship, and commitment to the field of music.
