The Summer Institute is accepting applications for its waitlist. The application closes on Friday, May 1st. May 1st is also the deadline to pay the $75 application fee.

If you have applied and are on the waitlist, you will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. You will also receive instructions on how to pay the application fee.

We enjoyed having a special treat from Shawn Goes Bananas today! Our attendees loved the banana pudding, Oreo dirt pudding and brownie overload. Everything was delicious!

The cool thing about this company is that the owner, Shawn, is a former attendee of the Summer Institute! He owns his own business and is making a difference every day! We are so proud of you Shawn!!

Florida State University Football Stadium Tour

Thank you so much to Mr. Jason Baisden from FSU Football for the excellent tour. We are very thankful of your continued support of our program each summer!

Alex Mastromanno, former FSU Punter, was at the stadium and we had a chance to talk with him! Good luck Alex as you prepare for the NFL Combine!

Our Career Exploration pathway attendees practiced their interview skills by participating in mock interviews. We are proud of their hard work to develop their resume and share all about themselves in the mock interviews.

Another fun week at Summer Institute! We celebrated Mrs. Ward’s birthday, continued our instruction in all pathways and the culinary students kept us all fed well!

Week 3

We enjoyed dinner from Uptown Cafe and Catering for our social event! The food was delicious and the fellowship was amazing!
