Magical things happen when a group of teenagers belong. Today, we shared in a lovely ceremony hosted by caring teachers and teenagers with the biggest hearts, all for a teenager who is going through some hard things. She has met her graduation requirements, but won’t be able to be present for our graduation. Today, these teenagers loved her hard. They loved her well. They showed her hope. They showed empathy and celebrated her for the friend that she is, the special human being that we all love. They showed her that she truly belongs. Because we can feel belonging only if we have the courage to share our most authentic selves with people, and that’s what these teenagers do. This is SAIL. This is us. And in the words of Susanna Denham - “I Love Us”. We love you sweet friend and Congratulations on your graduation!👩🏻🎓

PLEASE SHARE: We just learned that one of our SAIL families had a house fire last night. We're so thankful for a caring school community that comes together to help those in need - and grateful that we’ve built a system where parents are comfortable reaching out when they need help.
The family is staying with their grandparents now - so its a family of 5: 2 grandparents, mom, and 2 teen girls (both of whom are students at SAIL).
Jessica Chapman will be providing dinner tonight, but we're hoping to provide meals for the following 10 days too. If you can help, please sign up at: https://mealtrain.com/wzgq9q
Thank you VERY much for your generosity!

SAIL is an amazing place with the best and most caring teachers! Love Art? Drama? Guitar? Music? Fiber Arts? Want to practice yoga daily? Or learn something fun like juggling? Interested in Robotics? Or Digital Design? We have all this and so much more. Our hands-on approach to learning in core subjects helps so many students of all levels and abilities excel and reach their fullest potential. Our smaller class sizes allow our teachers to give more individualized attention to each student. We offer many college and career opportunities including dual enrollment both on campus and off campus. There is something for everyone at SAIL, and we celebrate the individual in everything that we do. All students are loved by teachers, staff, and peers and given room to grow into their authentic selves. We are now accepting applications for fall enrollment in all grade levels... we would love to have you join our school family. ❤️
