In this month's Faculty Forward podcast, Dr. Shelton “Dennis” Baker shares his strategy on how to change the paradigm of feedback in medical education, from “giving” to “guiding” by using the ARCH model. http://med.fsu.edu/facultyforward
The model is designed to assist in creating a true partnership between the teacher and the learner, while simultaneously building the learner’s abilities to become a life-long, self-regulated health-care provider.

Congratulations, Dr. Walker!

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Aaron Walker has been appointed as the new interim Program Director for the TMH Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Walker's enthusiasm and motivation will be invaluable assets to the program as we work towards having him as the permanent Program Director in the near future.

A special thank you to Drs. Weise-Rometsch and Hamad for generously volunteering to provide mentorship to Dr. Walker as he transitions into this new role. Your support is truly appreciated.

Let's all extend a warm welcome to Dr. Walker and offer our full support as he takes on this new position. Exciting times lie ahead for the TMH Internal Medicine Residency Program with Dr. Walker at the helm.
