Happy Thursday Lions,

The EL1 Form with FHSAA’s (Florida High School Athletic Association) athletic participation paperwork is now a REQUIRED form. This document will be required by FHSAA for all incoming 9th graders and all 1st time FHSAA participants 10th-12th grade. The form pertains to the Electrocardiogram Screening of athletes prior to their participation.

An example of the form is presented on the 2nd slide and can be found through FHSAA’s website.
