Needless to say, we may have created any of these experiences consciously or unconsciously. As a backgrounder, Wing spent the most part of her professional life dedicated to a corporate job which often got her mentally, emotionally and physically charged. With her thinking mind and performing personality, she created lots of successes in life and facilitated the same for others and for the organizations she served. Over those years of productive and financially rewarding work life, she didn't have the full awareness that she, at the same time, had collected and stored in her body layers and layers of energies that she doesn't need. She doesn't even know she is still carrying them in her system until her body began to work against her. Such way of living led her to health challenges that she thought was the beginning of the end. As recurring pains and discomfort feelings ruled her daily life, she knew she had to make a conscious shift and an intentional choice. That is, either to stay in that old way of living (sort of walking on a path of decline, dis-ease and despair) or to decide to walk on a path to her best health and self. She obviously chose the latter. That moment of decisiveness started to turn her life around. Most recently, she also witnessed how their very own family member struggled to heal due to what the world calls as an "advanced stage and a hopeless health condition" that puts one in a momentary and temporary relief until the last breath of life. This may not be a unique "come from" for one to make a change, but this is surely an invitation to what real awakening and embodiment of our true self is all about. Wing then dedicates a huge amount of time doing and learning what she feels is helpful for health and well-being. On top of her graduates and post graduate studies, she continues to learn and becomes Certified B.E.S.T. Practitioner (Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique), BodyAwake Yoga teacher, Energy Codes Facilitator (Energy Coded Breaths and Practices) - based on the works of Dr. Sue Morter and her family of the Morter Institute for BioEnergetics, the School of BodyAwake Yoga and the Morter HealthSystem in the USA. She is also a Certified Trainer for Canfield's Success Principles, Certified Life and Relationship Coach and Certified Essential Oils Coach. She also did special courses in Positive Psychology, Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health and Mindfulness Meditation Exercises. Understanding that nothing happens by chance, it takes a conscious, intentional shift and choice moment by moment to be in a place of health and well-being.
