We are excited to welcome students back TOMORROW! Temperatures have dropped significantly and will remain low all week. Please send your Pioneer to school with a coat and warm clothes. If anyone needs a coat, please see our social worker, Ms. Shelby Merlau. ❄️We can’t wait to see our Pioneers tomorrow!! 🎉

This week’s middle school hard hat winners are Kampton Sanders, Keelan Bottorff, and Marshall Priest! These young men made significant gains on their PM2 tests and got to sign the hard hat! Way to go, fellas! 💙

We had a cozy and fun pajama day to celebrate positive attendance and support our Relay for Life team! We also had an appearance by TWO grinches who will miss these Pioneers a bunch over the break! 💚❤️

Girls soccer and boys basketball will hold tryouts when we return from Winter Break on January 8! Since these are both contact sports, only middle school students are allowed to tryout. Students must have a physical to tryout. 🏀⚽️

Stay tuned in the spring for girls softball (middle school) and track (4-8 grades)! 🥎🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

Today is PJ day for positive attendance! Students may wear PJs if they’ve had over 90% daily average attendance or pay $2 to wear them if they have not. All proceeds benefit our Relay for Life team! No slippers or blankets will be allowed. This morning is a little chilly so bring your jacket! ❄️💙

First grade won the Class Dojo celebration and got to celebrate with a pudding party! 🎉💙 Way to go first grade, keep up that positive behavior!

Today was K-2’s turn to party!! These tiniest Pioneers did such an awesome job showing growth on their latest PM2 STAR test! This week has been a ton of fun and we are so proud of all of Pioneers!! 💙

We celebrated 200 middle schoolers today from their growth demonstrated on PM2 Math and ELA! The work these students have put in this first semester truly paid off and they had a great afternoon spending some time with their peers after the first exam day! We are so proud of our middle schoolers and their hard work! 💙🎉

Fourth grade had a spelling bee today and the first place winner was Carter Daigle and runner up was Joshua Pleitez-Rodriguez! What a tremendous triumph! 🎉💙

Next Monday we will be off for winter break, so here’s the TBTISTW (The Best Thing I Saw This Week) a little early! Shout out to Emmanuel Lara, Armando Sarmiento, and Lorenzo Sarmiento for making great growth towards their ELA learning gain on their FAST PM2 test! Great job guys!! 🎉💙📚

Check out the lettuce Ms. Baiardi’s class grew in their hydroponic garden! 🪴 Her agriculture class got to enjoy a delicious salad yesterday from their harvest! 😋
