Since 1995, presidents have issued a series of annual proclamations designating the month of March as “Women’s History Month.” These proclamations celebrate the contributions women have made to the United States and recognize the specific achievements women have made over the course of American history in a variety of fields.
Women in Sports is a growing topic and we hope to help grow the industry as well as celebrate the women who help young girls and encourage as well as support those pursuing a career in sport.
Happy National Nutrition Month to everyone! We encourage to you to get outside this month, read a book, remember your mental health is important as well as your physical and emotional health.
