Welcome director Aiden Forte and actor Aidan Delbis and crew members !

Recently AMS provided a custom bear and wilderness safety awareness workshop for this crew.

We are stoked to be a small part of your film, thanks for joining us!

This part if the the cast and crew filming an Independent feature length film called
“Halfway Nowhere”. Filming will take place around Talkeetna over the next 3 weeks.
Most of the crew are recent graduates of Chapman university film school.

We had a lot of fun welcoming back two teams today. A custom Denali Expedition and the June 12 Day Mountaineering Course both have returned for the mountains after some full-on mountain experiences. Congrats to these fantastic twelve people with big smiles and great vibes.

Happy July 1st from a dreamy summer night in Talkeetna.
What a gorgeous night for our groups in the Alaska Range.

❄️ One custom Denali is climbing down to Basecamp tonight.

❄️ Another AMS custom expedition is at 14,200 Camp.

❄️ Our June 12 Day Mountaineering Course had a great day of climbing on the Pika Glacier

Strong work everyone on an incredible day and massive efforts up there yesterday!!

Depending on the weather and everyone’s energy, we expect to see this team back in Talkeetna tomorrow, June 30, or a July 1st!

20,310 feet!!!

Congratulations to our hard working June 8th expedition, who safely returned to Talkeetna thus morning after reaching to top of North America. This crew had amazing weather, make smart decisions, and were extremely prepared for this climb. It’s a huge physical undertaking and you all were thriving up there!

Well done Monika, Elad, Bryce, Frank, Rafal, with amazing guide team Tate, Emma, and Nick

Happy Solstice from the Alaska Range!

We really love this special mother-son duo.

Summer solstice is a really special time to be in the Alaska Range. We have one team descending in this light tonight, and two teams at 11,000 feet and climbing upward.

The weather has been ideal for them all.

At approx 5:15 PM local time our June 8th Expedion with climbers Monika, Rafal, Elad, Bryce, and Frank with guides Tate, Emma and Nick climbed to the top of Morth America, Denali 20,310 feet/ 6910 meters.

We received these yesterday from the June 8th team, thanks to guide extraordinaire !

After sending these, the team all headed out of 14,200 camp, up the fixed lines, along the 16k ridge, and into High Camp, 17,200 feet.

When the weather allows, they will make a summit attempt.
