If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance you know something is terribly wrong in our country, but just aren’t sure what it is. The information you will find on this site will open your eyes to some very important information that’s been hidden from you since birth. Even current federal employees will be astonished to find out they’ve also been raised in this very system of fraud. Our Republic form of government was usurped by very wealthy bankers many years ago, and the fraud continues today. What if you found out that everything you were brought up to believe about your current form of government was a lie? What if you found out you were tricked into volunteering into a web of deception and 14th Amendment citizenship slavery by way of trickery, fraud, deceit, and undisclosed contracts? What if you found out that since the time your parents signed a marriage license and/or your birth certificate, they unknowingly signed you over to a corporation masquerading as a legitimate government; and every time you’ve checked YES in the box asking if you’re a U.S. What if you found out the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) is a foreign corporation? The United States is a District of Columbia corporation. In Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. § 1785 we find “The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a State” (see: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S. 0.1973, 14 L. Ed. 287) and every law they’ve ever passed only pertains to that 10 square mile radius; that they’ve tricked the rest of the country into believing those laws also applied to them? If Wal-Mart makes a new law within their corporation stating all employees must wear red shirts on the first Tuesday of every month, does that law apply to you if you’re not an employee of Wal-Mart? What if they didn’t fully disclose the hidden facts of the contract they tricked you into signing? Would the contracts be legitimate, fraudulent, or even void? Did anyone take you by the hand when you applied for your drivers license, birth certificate, marriage license, social security card, etc. and inform you of the fraud you were about to become subject to? Was there full disclosure?Did anyone tell your parents (or you) that when they/you signed the birth certificate, they were actually signing you over to the state? If there wasn’t full disclosure in the contracts, doesn’t that make the contracts null and void? Now you understand why the state can come into your home and take your children if they feel you are abusing “their property”. You have no rights; you signed them over to the corporation. Ever wonder why you have to get the states permission through the court to get a divorce? Because when you signed the marriage license, you unknowingly signed over your rights to the ‘state’. The state must now give you ‘permission’ to separate; they must grant you permission to get out of the ‘contract’. This is what happens when you get a marriage license issued through the state. Did you know the product of that union also became property of the state? What is the product of a Union between a man and a woman? If you guessed their children, you are correct. Now lets move onto more fraud you were never told about. Did your elected officials or the media ever tell you that in 1931 when Roosevelt stole our gold to pay off the national bankruptcy, they had to give us a remedy, and that remedy was HJR-192 which the Congress passed and Roosevelt signed into law June 5, 1933? Did they tell you that from that point on, all your public debt was paid in advance? Did they tell you that from that point on it was against public policy to ‘pay off any public debt’; that all public debt can only be ‘discharged’? Did they tell you that you could legally discharge your public debt (e.g. Home, Automobile, Utilities, etc.) through the U.S. Treasury using an A4V (accepted for value process) via your birth certificate bond? Did anyone ever tell you that the day you closed the deal on your home and signed the note, that you were actually signing a promissory note that discharged your debt immediately? Did they tell you that they endorsed the note, deposited it into a secret account in your name; gained access to your TDA (Treasury Direct Account) and paid off the seller; claimed the account was abandoned and acquired it as their own; then conned you into believing you needed to spend the next 30 years of your life paying off a loan “that you actually gave to them”; that they conned you into signing over the deed as well? If the bank actually loaned you money, did you see it? Did they bring it out in a suitcase and hand it to you to deposit in an account and make monthly payments on your new home, or pay off your seller? No, they did not; it was fraud from the moment you signed the note, your debt was legally discharged; paid in full. You were a victim of fraud. If you’re currently paying on a mortgage, you need to read the docs in the link above; you’re making house payments on a home you’ve ALREADY PAID FOR! Now lets acquaint you with the other “YOU” that “You” never knew existed. What if you found out the corporation known as the UNITED STATES secretly created another you in the form of a STRAW MAN, to trick you into voluntarily signing into contracts with them? What if you found out that there was a reason your name appears in all CAPITAL LETTERS on your drivers license, credit cards, social security cards, bank checks, etc.? Are you interested in learning “How to become a Secured Party Creditor” to undo all those years of fraudulent contracts and take back control of your STRAW MAN and use him as your transmitting utility in commerce? It’s all we know; it’s all they know. Most of them are just hard working Americans like the rest of us, and believe what they are doing is right, but it’s time to pull the curtains back and expose the fraud, and that’s what the Republic is currently engaged in.
