Here is the information that will be needed from the parent/guardian. Since school is starting quicker than I thought, it’s best to get the information in to me as soon as possible! If you are someone that has kids in need or you know someone that does. Message me! Or call/text me 870-613-3462. ALL information will be confidential and no one will know who you are. I will also need to know how to get in contact with you for you to pick up or where I can drop off the supplies/clothes.
If you are wanting to “adopt” a child to help: I will list how many request I have when I get them!
