Looking for a fun, active, and FREE way to spend a summer evening? Bring the whole family out to the Annual All-Comers Track & Field Meets at Phoenix High School! Whether your child is a future track star or just wants to run, jump, throw, and have fun with friends, this is the perfect opportunity to get outside and get moving. 🌟

Phoenix-Talent School District and Sodexo are offering FREE breakfast and lunch for all children ages 18 and under again this summer.

🥣 Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. (PHS: 8:00–8:30 a.m.)
🍽️ Lunch: 11:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

No registration required. Meals must be eaten on site.

🥇4th and 5th grade Track & Field Meet🥇

We held our annual 4th and 5th-grade track and field meet today at Phoenix High School and it was great to see our future Bulldogs and Pirates push themselves and work together to see what they could do on the track and in the field. We saw some awesome performances and a lot of school spirit.

In the end, Talent Elementary's 4th- and 5th-grade boys prevailed, while Orchard Hill earned the 4th-grade girls title and Phoenix Elementary the 5th-grade girls title. If your student wants to compete again, they'll have another chance soon in our all-comers track meet. We'll share details soon.

Looking for a fun, engaging, and educational summer opportunity for your child? Phoenix-Talent Schools is excited to partner with the Boys & Girls Club and the Institute of Reading Development to offer Rising Readers at the Club this summer!

🗓️ Program Dates: Monday, June 15 – Friday, August 28

Students will enjoy:
📖 Daily live reading tutoring and literacy support in July
💻 Online reading activities and learning tools
🎨 Summer enrichment and fun at the Boys & Girls Club in Talent
⏰ Extended hours from 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. to support working families

✅ Even better: Phoenix-Talent School District will cover the cost of your child’s Boys & Girls Club summer program when families commit to the Rising Readers literacy program and students maintain regular attendance in reading tutoring.
