๐ŸฆŠRest In Peace, Finnegan the Fox ๐Ÿ™

๐ŸฆŠ Finnegan the Fox's story is heartwarming. He was the embasedor of foxes with followers around the world.
Mikayla Raines, founder of "Save A Fox", rescued Finnegan from a life of captivity, likely from a fur farm or as a surrendered pet. Finnegan was timid and unsure at first, but with patience and care, Mikayla helped him blossom into a playful, affectionate fox. He'd snuggle, play, and even "laugh" during many belly rubs, melting hearts worldwide.

The late Mikayla's dedication stems from her love for animals and understanding of their complex behaviors. She's spent over a decade working with domesticated foxes, providing a safe haven for rescued foxes like Finnegan. Sadly, Finnegan passed away just recently at the incredible age of 11 years old... 4x longer than wild foxes. But, his memory has inspired so many wildlife preservation groups today.

๐Ÿ˜… Wet snow can be a real workout!

โ„ Did you know... that the weight of wet snow varies, but it's roughly 10-20 pounds per cubic foot. So, a shovelful could weigh anywhere from 10-20 pounds, depending on how much you scoop and how wet it is.

๐Ÿ˜Š โ„ So take care shoveling in increments... 200 scoops is about moving 2,000 pounds.
Hydrate, stretch, and go for a second breakfast. Cheers tNL Family! ๐Ÿ™๐ŸคŸโ„

No telescope needed โ€” just look Eastward (sunrise) find a dark spot, and enjoy the show. 2 a.m. is a best viewing hour, but any time is really good! It's THAT Big. So donโ€™t miss the king of all meteor showers! ๐ŸŒ… ๐ŸŒ  Enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜Š

"Teach the young how fragile our Earth does breathe from her soils, plants, waters and treesโ€”as the winterโ€™s snow conceals them soon.
They are our lifebloodโ€™s rarities, delicate and necessary.
We must be aware as earth's ๐ŸŒŽ custodians."

๐Ÿ‚So, healthy soils rely on a vibrant community of microbial enzymes to maintain fertility, fostering an ecosystem that supports plant growth. However, even subtle stresses, like the repeated pressure of footsteps, can disrupt this delicate balance, compacting the soil and diminishing its ability to retain moisture, nutrients and anchor roots. This degradation, turning fertile ground into barren sand, is evident in the example of worn paths and soccer fields and public walkways, serving as a tangible reminder of the fragility of soils health.

The Leonid Meteor Shower is peaking today, November 17, 2025, at good view 7 P.M. EST. ๐ŸŒ

But, the bestโ˜„ time to catch the show is actually after midnight, from late November 17 into the early hours of November 18, when the sky is darkest. You might see up to 10-15 meteors per hour, and they're pretty fast!
For optimal viewing, just look toward the southeast. Goodluck ๐Ÿ‘
