Wu Shen Tao Health & Martial Arts We offer a variety of Chinese Martial Art and Health promoting activities and instruction in the greater Washington DC and MD areas.

Wushentao is a Chinese Kung Fu school in Takoma Park, MD that specializes in Northern Shaolin, the Internal Martial Arts, Pushhands, Fencing and Traditional Weapons. We specialize in internal Martial Arts passed down through Taoist and Shamanic sources. We've trained dozens of National and International Champions as well as children . We also have trained many people in the Health professions and

those simply wanting to improve their own physical, mental and/ or energetic abilities. Private instruction is available for those with specialized or esoteric goals in mind.

Sorry I've been away for the last 6 weeks. My father was ill and has passed on. Many attended his memorial which was a a musical love fest in New York last Monday. Thanks for the outpouring of love and support.

Our students did very well at the Wong People Kung Fu Championships with our own Ken Chrzanowski going to the Grand Championship round.
Going to the Kuoshu International Championships in Hunt Valley MD this weekend to judge and have some of our students compete in weapon and empty hand form, Push Hands, and in combat weapons. This is the biggest and most well organized event in the Mid- Atlantic region. A veritable feast of different styles and application events. Hope to see you there!

This was a spontaeneous free form push hands demo performed at the 2010 ICMAC National Finals Masters Demonstration.
Performing are Sifu Paul Ramos and Daniel Nightingale. Daniel had just won the Men's Stationary and Moving Step Pushing Hands Gold medals.

I hope you all had a great summer. It went by too fast for my taste but such is life. The last Kung fu tournament in the area will be the ICMAC regional championships in Falls Church on October 6th. ( obtain more info at www.kungfuchampionships.com). I'll be judging and a few students will compete. Also looking for volunteers to work in various capacities at the tournament. Let me know if you are interested in volunteering. October is community outreach month. I will be giving blocks of free training to the first 26 people who wish to study one of the Kung fu styles that we offer. This is our way of thanking the community for supporting me and Wu Shen Tao for the last 26 years.
