🎉It's Throwback Thursday time!🎉

This week features Adelynn McDonald! On a tour of United Supermarket a few years ago, Adelynn tried some sushi, and now she is using her grocery shopping skills to choose garlic on her vacation to Grand Cayman!

This is just one skill 4-H'ers can learn in the Food and Nutrition project!

Mark your calendars for the 2026-27 Lynn County 4-H Clover Connections!

These bimonthly get-togethers serve as Lynn County 4-H Club and Adult Leader Association meetings. Supper is served at each Clover Connection. Agendas and supper menus will be posted before each meeting.

📷 Join the Photography Project Leadership Team in the August Photo Contest! This month’s theme is NATURE & WILDLIFE.

There are two age categories: 4-H’er and Clover Kid. Each member is allowed one entry.

The purpose of this monthly contest is to build your portfolio of pictures that can be entered in the spring District and State Photography contests!

Entries will be displayed at the Lynn County Courthouse during September.

🚨The office will be open until 7:00 pm TODAY if you would like to come by and get enrolled in 4-H!!!!!

🍀2026-27 4-H ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!🍀

We have a new enrollment system...TX4H!

If you would like in-person help with the new system, swing by the Extension Office during office hours, or we can do a virtual session as well.

We are offering extended office hours to assist you:

➡️Tuesday, September 1 until 7:00 PM

Remember that you must be enrolled in 4-H BEFORE attending or competing in any 4-H event.

Lynn County 4-H is set up at Parry’s! Be sure and go by and check out the delicious baked goods to eat after your pizza! Be sure and tell Parry’s you’re there for Lynn County 4-H!

Under the leadership of Kaitlynn Smith, the club is raising money to build a water well in Uganda through 25:35 Water.

🍀QUIZ BOWL CONTESTS🍀

Put your knowledge to the test with a 4-H Quiz Bowl Contest! This contest helps build confidence, teamwork, and quick thinking skills.

✔️Three separate contests: Family and Community Health, Horse, and Livestock
✔️Teams of 4 can compete
✔️It's like a trivia game show...you even get buzzers!

We will be hosting an information meeting to answer any questions you might have. This is available in person or virtually. If you cannot attend but are still interested, please complete the sign-in form, and we can send you the video link.
