The IDEA lab is no more. After creating and running the robotics and stem education program for NSU the last 14 years, the lab is closing and I’m headed back into the classroom. But, I am still supporting robotics and stem through my own consulting business.

They are in town making a music video and we roped them into offering a class. Don’t miss this chance!

🌟This is a great opportunity for high school and college students to receive community service hours, locals who are wanting to get involved in community events and anyone else looking to have a great time with great people! ❤

🤝Volunteer Requirements:

⭐️Must sign all required forms,
⭐️Must complete Red Fern Volunteer Training.

📋Red Fern Volunteer Training is 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, 2024 and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the Armory Municipal Building, located at 100 N. Water Ave., Tahlequah, OK. Volunteers and Ambassadors are only required to show up to ONE training session.

We're starting a new series... Warrior Woman Wednesday. Up first, we have Marie Curie!

"I believe that science has great beauty. A scientist in his laboratory is not a mere technician; he is also a child confronting natural phenomena that impress him as though they were fairy tales."

Marie Curie discovered radioactivity and, together with her husband Pierre, the radioactive elements polonium and radium. She also championed the development of X-rays after Pierre's death.

She won two Nobel prizes physics in 1903 and for chemistry in 1911. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize as well as the FIRST PERSON to win the prestigious award twice. She remains the only person to be honored for accomplishments in two separate sciences.

Marie Curis is a warrior woman.

The NSU RoboHawks are hosting a pop up photo studio this weekend! On Saturday, February 3rd from 9 am to 5 pm you can have your photos taken!

All monies are donated to the RoboHawks Organization for pre-service teacher’s educational trip to Austria and Germany!
