NSU to host Isabel Baker Memorial Lecture featuring Dr. Candessa Tehee Northeastern State University is hosting the annual Isabel Baker Memorial Lecture, featuring distinguished scholar and leader Dr. Candessa Tehee.

Join us for the Dr. Isabel Baker Memorial Lectureship in Women’s Studies.

Dr. Candessa Tehee will present “Carrying the Center: Indigenous Women, Power, and Leadership.”

Dr. Tehee is an Associate Professor of Cherokee and Indigenous Studies and a Cherokee Nation Council Member.
