Your internship is teaching you more than you think. 👀💼

Every shift is an opportunity to practice skills that go beyond the job itself:

⏰ Showing up on time
💬 Communicating with others
🎯 Staying on task
🧠 Problem-solving
🤝 Working as a team
🔄 Handling feedback

At RSP, internships aren't just about gaining work experience. They're about building the skills, confidence, and independence students need to pursue their career goals.

Because career readiness starts long before the first day of a full-time job. ✨

🎉🐾 Happy Birthday, Lucas! 🐾🎉

Help us wish our freshman, Lucas, a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 💚🥳

Lucas is one of those people who makes RSP a little brighter just by being himself. He’s kind, thoughtful, and always ready to lend a helping hand. He also has a love for nature and animals that means you’re never too far away from learning a new animal fact! 🦊🐢🦉

We’re so excited to have Lucas as part of the RSP family and can’t wait to see all the adventures, memories, and very important animal facts this next year brings!

Happy Birthday, Lucas! 🎂💚🐾
