TEACH is a non‑denominational Christian homeschool support group committed to encouraging families and providing faith‑centered educational opportunities. We teach from a Christian worldview and welcome families from all backgrounds. Our primary service area is Cherokee County; out‑of‑c

ounty families may join when space permits. Who we serve
We support students kindergarten through 12th grade. Children age 6 and under require special approval from a TEACH director to enroll. We now offer a drop‑off option for students age 14 and older with director approval. What we offer
Semester co‑op classes taught by members. Each student age 7 and up is automatically enrolled in a core AM session and may choose one elective PM session per semester. Field trips, summer socials, picnics, and seasonal events to build community. End‑of‑Year Celebrations to recognize student achievements. Co‑op meets on Thursdays with a typical day schedule of AM core class, lunch, PM elective, roughly 11:00 to 3:00 with times varying by semester. Fall semester runs September to early December. Spring semester runs February to early May. Winter break is December to February. Member expectations
TEACH is member‑driven. This is not a drop‑off program. Families are expected to participate by leading or assisting classes, supervising on campus, helping with setup and cleanup, planning or chaperoning field trips, or serving on teams. All teaching and leadership roles are volunteer, including directors. Fees and payment policies
Annual membership dues: $40 per family, due each August or September. New members who join mid‑year pay dues when they join and then again the following August or September when the new co‑op year begins. Class co‑op fees: Typically $60 per student per semester, varying by semester based on class offerings. We aim to keep fees under $80 per student per semester. Class fees include facility rental and most supplies. Students may occasionally be asked to bring small additional supplies. Field trips: Fees vary by trip and are billed separately. Refund policy: Membership dues are nonrefundable. Class fees are nonrefundable after one week before classes begin. No prorating for missed classes. Enrollment and sign‑up process

Complete membership paperwork and the code of conduct, then pay membership dues and any class fees. We hold a meet‑and‑greet sign‑up day at the start of each semester, usually in late August, when members can register for classes. Priority and access
Current members receive early access to class sign‑ups and our private calendar. Enrollment opens to the public only after member sign‑up is complete. Code of conduct and safety
All members must read and sign the TEACH code of conduct as part of membership paperwork. Directors review enrollment requests for children age 6 and under and for drop‑off approvals for students age 14 and older. Contact

🌟 Interested in Joining TEACH Co‑op for Spring 2026?

We’re excited to welcome new families who want to learn more about TEACH and explore joining our co‑op community. Before attending in‑person registration, new members must schedule an interest meeting. These meetings are come and go and give you a chance to ask questions, understand how our co‑op works, and review class offerings.

We have limited openings for ages 6 and under, and most of our available spots are for ages 7–18.

Calling All Community Teachers & Skill‑Sharers!

Hi Tahlequah friends!
Our homeschool co‑op, TEACH Tahlequah, is looking to partner with community members who have skills, passions, or expertise they’d love to share with local students. We serve ages 7–17, and we would be thrilled to welcome guest teachers for one class session or more.

If you enjoy working with kids and want to make a meaningful impact, we would love to connect with you.

Current needs:

🔬 STEM Lab Guest Teachers (11:15 AM – 12:30 PM)
We are looking for individuals who can lead hands‑on science or technology lessons. These do not have to be complicated — just engaging, interactive, and fun. If you have a science or tech skill — big or small — our students would be excited to learn from you.

🏐 Community Sports Guest Teachers (1:15 PM – 2:30 PM)
We are especially hoping to find someone who can teach volleyball basics and help our students play a few friendly rounds.

We are also open to other sports or group games that work well in a community setting. If you love sports, coaching, or just getting kids moving, we’d be grateful for your help.

🤝 Always Open to Future Collaborations
We love connecting with local experts, hobbyists, and professionals. If you have a class idea, a skill you’d like to teach, or a workshop you’d be willing to offer, we’d be excited to explore it with you.
