Applications are now being accepted for our MS in Geospatial Technologies and our 6 course GIS Certificate.
The great news is, One GIS Certficate cohort will be fully ONLINE and one Cohort will be Hybrid (in classroom will be optional).
If you know anyone interested in GIS, please let them know.

UW Tacoma will be at the IN-PERSON Esri UC- July 8-14. Specifically outside the 'Sails' Map Area, with cool SWAG for all UWT Grads and friends of the program!

Thanks to the GIS Society, UWT students have an opportunity to apply for funding to attend the 24th Annual WA GIS Conference May 18-21, 2020, in Downtown Tacoma.

I have promised current GIS students that they will have an opportunity to meet future employers, former GIS Cert and MSGT graduates at the event.

In years past, students were required to volunteer to obtain minimal access, but the GIS Society has (three years in a row), secured funding for a majority of our students to attend!

Well done GIS Society Officers!
