Summerfest 2025 was amazing! The support for what we are doing is amazing! Thanks to everyone who came out! We had CPR demonstrations going on, a tie-dye station, and spin the wheel for free Narcan, pocket masks, and stickers.

We will be at National night out August 5th at the West Seattle Community Center if you’d like to check us out!

On May 10th 2025, I performed CPR in the bathroom of the Albertsons in Spanaway. I’m not sure if it was a fentanyl overdose, but I administered Narcan nasally and provided compression-only CPR. I don’t know if he survived—but what stuck with me was how no one else knew what to do. He was lucky I happened to be there.

Most people don’t realize that CPR is used when a person’s heart has stopped. At that point, they’re clinically dead. Knowing how to respond in those critical moments could be the difference between life and death. These are life-saving skills that everyone should know.

Teaching is such a rewarding experience, especially when your students are genuinely excited and engaged with what you’re sharing. There’s something magical about watching their eyes light up with curiosity and understanding—it reminds you why you’re passionate about the subject in the first place. That shared energy creates a powerful learning environment where everyone grows together.
