Shout out to KOMO News and CCA parent Richard Swazer for facilitating a phenomenal news station visit for the journalism class. Students stood just feet away from Molly Shen as she delivered the news, visited the weather studio with Shannon O'Donnell, and spoke to other anchors and behind-the-scenes technicians who make sure the broadcasts run smoothly. The KOMO team was exceptionally welcoming and inspired our Crimson Copy staffers. Thank you, KOMO!

Our teachers’ love for their students continues even after school is out! Yesterday Mrs. Rush and Ms. Smithwick watched former 4th graders Evelyn M. and Phoebe D. dance in their final recital at Sound Movement Arts Center. The girls were excited to have their teachers there, and the teachers were very proud of how beautifully they danced!
